The municipal cemetery of Rovigo has been founded in 1819 in what at the time was the city outskirts. Some of the monuments, expecially the chapels, are fine works of art and here and there you can find some interesting statues. The old Cemetery is quite small, and the arcade is not particularly rich though in the whole it stays nicely impressive.
